1. Who we are and purpose
tonyskill.com ("TonySkill", "the site") is a website of free online tools to process files: images, PDFs, documents, audio, video, data, and more. It is published by Born To Be R (United Arab Emirates). Contact: contact@tonyskill.com.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
2. Free service, no account
- The tools are free, with no sign-up and no watermark imposed by the site.
- Most tools run in your browser: your device does the work and your files do not leave it. A few tools use our server (see the Privacy Policy, section 4).
- We may change, limit, suspend or remove a tool or the site at any time, without notice.
- Limits apply to protect the service: maximum file size depending on the tool (for example 15 MB for AI photo restoration, 25 MB for colorization, 95 MB for the advanced video tools), number of requests per hour, a queue (one heavy task at a time) and a maximum processing time.
- Tools that go through our server may be unavailable (maintenance, server off, full queue). The site then shows a message; try again later.
3. Your files and content
- You remain the owner of your files, text, images and other content. We claim no rights over them.
- You give us only the technical permission to process them for as long as needed to provide the requested service (for example converting a document), then to delete them, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use them for anything else.
- You state that you have the right to process the content you use with the site (copyright, image rights, privacy, confidentiality) and you are solely responsible for that content and for how you use the result.
- Keep copies: we do not keep your files and cannot recover them. Drafts saved in your browser may disappear (clearing browser data, another device).
4. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the site to:
- process, create or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist, hateful or defamatory content, or content that violates another person's privacy;
- infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, image rights), for example by downloading, copying or republishing other people's protected content without permission;
- create forged documents meant to deceive (identity fraud, fake supporting documents) or bypass the protection of a document you are not entitled to open;
- distribute malware or attempt to compromise the security of the site, its server or the tunnel leading to it;
- overload the service or bypass its limits: massive automated requests, bots, multiplying submissions to evade per-address limits;
- scrape or copy the site's content in order to republish it, or reverse-engineer its server.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Instagram / TikTok downloader
This tool is meant to retrieve public content for personal use or with the creator's permission. Videos, photos and sounds remain the property of their authors. You are responsible for respecting copyright and the terms of service of Instagram and TikTok. Do not republish other people's work without their consent. TonySkill is not affiliated with Meta/Instagram or TikTok/ByteDance, and those names belong to their owners.
6. AI-generated results
Some tools use artificial intelligence (colorization, restoration, summaries, voices, object removal, subtitles, translation, etc.). The result may be inaccurate, incomplete or different from the original (invented colors, misrecognised text, approximate translation, a summary that omits a point). Always check the result before using it, especially for legal, medical, financial or official purposes.
7. Third-party content and software
- The site includes open-source software and models under their own licenses; the list is on the Licenses page.
- Unsplash photos offered in the design maker are provided by Unsplash under the Unsplash license; crediting the photographer is appreciated.
- The site's original code and texts belong to its publisher; you may not copy them to republish them.
- Links to third-party sites (for example OpenStreetMap) are provided for information; we do not control those sites.
8. No warranty
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied: accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, absence of errors or data loss. Results may vary depending on your browser, your device and file size (a phone's memory may be insufficient for heavy files).
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data, files, income or opportunities resulting from the use of (or inability to use) the site, or from how you use the results. For a free service, our total liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (for example in case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct), nor the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
10. Advertising
The site does not display advertising today. If it does in the future, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first. Advertisers are third parties: we do not control their products and are not responsible for what they offer.
11. Personal data
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. In case of dispute, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, subject to rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
